This is the first doll in my French girl series...Her name is Madelyn

As with all of my dolls, she is one of a kind, made without a pattern, and will not be duplicated... She will come to you signed

This is the first doll I have made of this kind as she is sculpted over wood not cloth, she is attached to a wooden stand, so she is free standing...Her arms waist and legs are articulated, so she is partially poseable...

She measures 14" tall... She is sculpted from clay, softly painted and sealed...Her facial features were modeled after my own two daughters...

I have placed a jeweled tiara on her head with vintage bezel set rhinestones...She wears a lace choker with a pink forget me not...

Her gown is all custom made and hand tailored, made from a french blue vintage ballgown, which I have trimmed out in antique French lace from my own collection that I have saved waiting for just the right project...Her gown is very detailed and a full day went into just the making of it... I have added more antique lace and plenty of shabby pink forget-e-nots, to finsh her off.
